Finlink Group was founded by Sam Sami, a CPA, with a vision to build a recruitment firm that truly understands the needs of businesses and finance professionals. With years of hands-on experience in Accounting & Payroll, Sam instilled a culture of excellence, integrity, and client-focused service that remains at the core of our company today. He shared his knowledge and expertise with a dedicated team—many of whom have been with Finlink since the beginning—ensuring his values live on in everything we do.

 

After Sam’s passing, his wife and our Co-Founder, Iqra Chaudhry, took over as Managing Director, leading Finlink Group into its next chapter. With her background in IT and technology, she has overseen the company’s expansion beyond Accounting & Payroll into Sales, HR, HSE, Maintenance, and now into IT recruitment.

 

Today, Finlink Group connects top-tier talent with businesses across Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec. Despite our growth, our mission remains the same: helping businesses find the right people and professionals secure meaningful career opportunities.
